2009年5月10日上午，法国巴黎政治学院亚欧项目主任，原中欧欧洲研究中心项目欧方学术委员，David Camroux 教授应邀到我校欧洲问题研究中心，参加“欧洲一体化研究及其相关问题”的学术研讨会，并为我校师生做了题为“the impact of the present crisis on regional integration in Europe”的学术讲座。中心部分研究员及相关专业研究生聆听了讲座。

David Camroux 教授的讲座首先厘清了区域一体化中的基本观念，包括区域一体化与区域主义，进一步分析1997亚洲金融危机的成因、机制以及对亚洲区域一体化的影响。David Camroux 教授就本次金融危机进行了重点分析，分析了本轮危机对欧洲区域一体化所产生的影响，并比较了亚洲区域组织和几个大国的各自反应，以及深入分析了对未来亚太区域一体化所产生的影响；最后，David Camroux 教授对本次危机对欧洲区域一体化的影响做了前瞻性展望。

David Camroux 教授的演讲深入浅出，获得了在场师生们的高度评价，他还认真回答了师生提出的问题。最后，在热烈的掌声中，本次演讲圆满结束。

On 10 May 2009，Prof. David Camroux (Director of the Asia-Europe Program, Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris, and former European Board Member of ESCP) was invited to join the workshop on “European Integration Studies and the Related Issues” held by European Studies Centre, Sichuan University. Prof. David Camroux gave a lecture “The Impact of the Present Crisis on Regional Integration in Europe” to the teachers and students here in Sichuan University. Fellow researchers of European Studies Centre and graduates in related areas attended the lecture.

Prof. David Camroux firstly clarified some basic concepts in regional integration, such as “regional integration” and “regionalism”; then he analyzed the causes and mechanism of 1997 Asian financial crisis as well as its impact on Asian regional integration; he further focused on 2008 financial crisis, comparing various reactions of Asian regional organizations and of a few large countries to this crisis; finally he discussed the impact of 2008 financial crisis on European integration as well as on the Asia-Pacific regionalization in the future.
